MEET LEILAH ROMERO, DVM

Dr. Leilah Romero, DVM, has known she wanted to be a veterinarian since she was a child—and she’s been following that passion ever since. Originally from El Paso, Texas, she completed both her undergraduate and master’s degrees at Texas A&M University before earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Washington State University in 2022.

Dr. Romero is passionate about creating a calm, supportive experience for both pets and their people. She understands that every animal is unique and strives to meet each patient where they are—with patience, compassion, and a little extra reassurance when it’s needed most.

When she’s not at the clinic, you can find her spending time with her dog Riley, making memories with her husband Dan, and embracing her love of all things glittery. She’s also an unapologetic superfan of Taylor Swift—so don’t be surprised if there’s a little Swiftie energy mixed into her day. She believes veterinary care should come with both expertise and heart—and maybe just a little sparkle, too.
