KINGSBROOK ANIMAL HOSPITAL PRESCRIPTION REFILLS
The easiest and fastest way to request prescription refills is through our app. Once signed in, you can review your pet’s medication history and select the medication you would like refilled. Refill requests will need 2 business days to be filled. Special orders will take longer. You can also request appointments and view vaccine reminders. For more information about our app click here.
To get our app, please choose which store you would like to go to.
After you have installed and opened the app on your mobile phone click the “sign up” button on the home page of the app. Enter your email address, choose a password and click the blue sign up button. You must use the email address on file at Kingsbrook Animal Hospital.
You will then be sent a confirmation email. Click the link in that email. Check your SPAM folder if you do not see the confirmation in your inbox.

You can also access your upgraded pet health records without a smart phone by clicking here. You will need to sign up before logging in. Use your email address as your username.
You can also click on the button to the right to manually fill out a refill request.
