I have been working at Kingsbrook Animal Hospital since August , 2007. I am originally from Pittsburgh, PA where I obtained my degree from Median School of Allied Health Careers (now the Vet Tech Institute). I have been a veterinary technician for about 4 years. Most of my experience came from working at a practice that saw birds, snakes, cats, and dogs along with other pocket pets. I also gained a lot of experience with birds from my volunteer work at the National Aviary in Pittsburgh. I volunteered there for 11 years before moving to Maryland.

When I am not at work I enjoy taking Aikido, cooking, and playing with my two cats (Tinkles my diabetic cat and Cruiser), and my bird Squirt. I am from Pittsburgh so of course I am a die hard Steeler fan so if it is Sunday or Monday and they're playing, nothing is getting done at home. I look forward to meeting all of our current clients and all the new ones.
