| Eileen with Jake, Watson & Cannon |
|
I moved to Frederick from Rockville, MD in 1988. Being an enthusiastic pet owner all of my life, it seemed that working with animals in some capacity was what I was destined to do. So, it was my love for animals and a desire to help and educate pet owners that brought me to my current position at Kingsbrook Animal Hospital in July of 2004. |

My previous work experience includes 14 years of teaching canine obedience training in Rockville and 1 year with a small animal veterinary practice in Olney. |

These days I am the proud mother of three wonderful dogs; Jake, Cannon & Watson. Jake is my oldest at 16 years of age. He is the momma's boy of the family. He loves my attention and was my first dog to go through extensive obedience training. Cannon has a lot of energy and never gets tired of playing or, especially, retrieving, something he was born to do! Although Cannon had two severe knee injuries ( torn cruciate ligaments) in 2004 & 2006, we still get out to retrieve as often as possible. Watson was my first attempt at fostering. Watson (aka Buck) came to Kingsbrook from Animal Control after having been shot in his rear end. The minute I met him, I knew he was special, and thus began the fostering process. After one year, I have officially adopted him. Everyday with Watson is a new adventure. He is wonderful, sweet and loving and will eat anything that doesn't eat him! |

When you stop by the office, be sure to ask me about my other favorite animal: BATS! |
